Recently saw the CFM (Creative Fitness marketing) for who at one stage I was their top dog salesperson, not saying that to brag, however I have got the testimonials! were advertising all the things that they could do for your business using terms like "Buzz marketing" and "Guerilla marketing" "Brand exposure' NPS loyalty metric" whatever the heck that is?

But here is a little something that you may want to be aware of in using ANY company that does these types of promotions, (of which I could show you how to do for your self and pocket ALL the residual income and incidentally the Fitness marketing Strategies website contains a step by step system that used showing you exactly what to do and how to do it) If your promotion goes "upside down" meaning the expenses exceed the potential income.

One of two things will happen.

You'll have to wait, sometimes for months before you see any income, OR worst case scenario you'll be left with diddly because the amount of income coming in will be just enough to cover all the costs and expenses which are a LOT.

Try two salespeople at a grand plus a week, you're paying for that! So you'll have 20,30,40,50 new members to service but you won't get a cent for doing so, and I've seen that happen, thankfully never in my own promos.

Getting your staff making a variety of phone calls, good old fashioned customer service and continually coming up and not being afraid to try new offers are a couple of ways that you'll generate new business, please don't believe for a second that "loyalty" exists the way it used too. It doesn't!
